CODE OF ETHICS

The general code of ethics for MCCA is expected to be a set of principles and standards that members of the association should abide by, promoting professionalism and ethical conduct within the cleaning industry in Malta.

• No discrimination policy: race, religion, gender, age, sexual preference, or nationality.

• Prompt and polite handling of all requests and complaints.

• Meet and exceed the needs and expectations of customers.

• Show up and work with a positive attitude.

• Charging fair fees.

• Provide employees with proper protective equipment, training, and guidance.

• Maintain professional boundaries respecting clients’ privacy.

• Not posting or sharing offensive images or comments about clients on social media.
